We're committed to doing business with care—for people and the planet. That’s why we take conscious steps to minimise waste and make thoughtful choices at every stage of your order.

All online orders are sent using Hero Packaging, a sustainable, plastic-free alternative, and wrapped with tissue paper, kraft paper and twine—no plastic in sight. We keep things simple and eco-friendly with uncoated paper thank you cards and skip printed invoices to reduce unnecessary paper use.

Behind the scenes, we recycle responsibly—separating paper, cardboard, glassware, and general waste into their correct bins. In-store, we use re-usable pricing cubes and only add kraft price stickers when absolutely needed.

We also make it our mission to support and stock brands that prioritise ethical, sustainable and transparent practices, and we love sharing the stories and benefits of these brands with our community. Some of our top brands include Kinga Csilla, Arcaa, Mayde Tea, Loco Love, Stray Willow and Illoura The Label—just to name a few.
