Founded by Kathryn Batty in 2018, We Are Mindful is a boutique lifestyle, gifting and clothing store located in the heart of Cronulla Mall, Sydney. Created from a love of beautiful and considered living, our store brings together a curated collection of relaxed yet refined women’s clothing, thoughtful gifts, wellness products and everyday accessories.

Alongside our women’s collection, you’ll also find understated menswear and pieces for our Mindful Minis that celebrate comfort, play and imagination.

At We Are Mindful, we believe shopping should feel calm, personal and inspiring. Our Cronulla store has been thoughtfully designed with soft textures, gentle colours and an open, welcoming layout with plenty of room for prams and little ones.

When selecting brands, founder Kathryn Batty is guided by values of quality, mindfulness and sustainability, while recognising that balance and practicality are equally important. We proudly support Australian designers, small makers and independent labels wherever possible, with a focus on pieces that feel intentional, timeless and easy to live with.

Our team is small but full of heart. Kathryn leads the buying and creative direction of the store, while Rosie brings her creativity and energy through social media and community connection. Together with our casual team, we share a genuine love for the brand and the supportive community that has grown around it over the years.

While Kathryn now works remotely from Orange and visits the Cronulla store regularly, she remains closely involved behind the scenes, thoughtfully curating the brand, packing online orders, sourcing new collections and staying connected with the community that has grown around We Are Mindful over the years. These everyday moments have become the heart of We Are Mindful, a warm and connected community centred around creativity, conscious living and slowing down.
