Domestic Shipping

Free regular shipping for orders over $160.

Express Post: 1–2 business days in metro areas (via Australia Post)
Regular Post: 2–4 business days (via Australia Post)
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location.

A tracking number will be added to your order once the postage label is created, and you will receive an email notification with these details.

All delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Orders are packed using eco-friendly protective materials. Our handling time is typically 1–3 business days before orders are taken to the post office.

International Shipping

$25 Flat Rate – Standard Shipping under 500 g
$35 Flat Rate – Standard Shipping between 500 g and 2 kg
$50 Flat Rate – Standard Shipping over 3 kg

We are unable to ship SSAINT Perfume or any flammable liquids.
We are unable to ship to the USA.

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery is currently paused as we head into the busy Christmas season and as Kathryn prepares for her relocation. We anticipate reinstating this service in some capacity once our new team is settled in the New Year. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

When available again:
Orders must be over $70
Delivery radius: 8 km from our Cronulla store
Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days

Local deliveries are completed by Kathryn outside store hours. Residential addresses are preferred, as office or business locations may not be accessible.

You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for delivery and again once it has been delivered.

We will attempt delivery once; if unsuccessful, your order can be collected from our store or shipped at your expense.

Free In-Store Pick-Up

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Kathryn via hello@wearemindfulstore.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery so we can review and assist accordingly.
