We use Australia Post as our preferred carrier. Our dates are intentionally more conservative than those listed on the Australia Post website, allowing extra flexibility during our busy in-store period.

(Excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin.)

Parcel Post: Thursday 18 December
Express Post: Monday 22 December

Christmas Return & Exchanges Policy

We know many of you love to start your Christmas shopping early, so we’ve extended our exchange period to make gifting a little easier.

Gifts purchased between 1 November 2025 and 24 December 2025 can be exchanged or returned for a store credit until 15 January 2026.

As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice, but we’re always happy to help you find something you love in exchange. Faulty items will be managed in line with our regular returns policy.

Clothing purchased as gifts between 1 December and 24 December 2025 can also be exchanged or returned for store credit until 15 January 2026. Clothing purchased before 1 December will follow our standard 14-day exchange policy.

All items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to availability, and if a replacement isn’t available, a store credit will be issued.

Gift receipts are available on request and encouraged for Christmas purchases.
