Handmade wheat heat/ cool pack /bag filled with Australian organic wheat. unbleached beautiful soft lightweight Hemp/ organic cotton canvas.

Oh hello Henry wheat bags are partially sectioned so that you don't end up with all your wheat at one part of the bag but you can still move it around - as shown in image 2.

To use as a heat pack- heat in the microwave for 1 minute initially, shake then heat in further 20 second increments. Only heat in the microwave and do not overheat

To use as a cool pack - store in freezer in a plastic bag until required.

Do not put under the bedding or other covers.
