Jessica Elliott Dennison is the founder of the much-loved Elliott's on Sciennes Road in Edinburgh. From her open Kitchen at 27 Sciennes Road she creates a weekly-changing, seasonal menu for the local neighbourhood along with simple baking, good coffee and fermented drinks.
